Vietnam Airlines has launched a “Meet and Greet” service for passengers at the country’s three major international airports in Ha Noi, Da Nang and HCM City.

Passengers buying the service will be welcomed by staff from the Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company Limited (VIAGS) when they arrive at the airline check-in counter, with support of flight procedures, check in their baggage, immigration and security checks as well as taking them to the boarding gate.

Arriving passengers will be received at the aircraft door or terminal entrance, helped with immigration procedures and collecting their baggage and dropped off the airport door.

Transiting passengers will receive similar assistance.

Passengers have to buy the service when booking their ticket. The carrier provides it free for passengers with disabilities. — VNS
