Vietnam Airlines officially opened a round-the-clock customer care centre on June 1 with the aim of providing prompt services to its customers.
The airline has co-operated with telecommunication service provider Sabre Viet Nam Joint Stock Company to restructure and upgrade the existing customer care units of Vietnam Airlines nationwide, increasing its number of telephone operators to over 100, who will provide inquiry services at any time of the day, including on holidays and New Year’s Eve.
Customers can contact the centre anytime by calling 1900 1100 or Golden Lotus Member hotline 1900 1800 for advice and assistance on using the Vietnam Airlines services.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the customer care centre, General Director of Vietnam Airlines Duong Tri Thanh said the launch of the centre was a significant milestone, which marked another big step in the improvement of Vietnam Airlines’ service quality.
