HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Vietjet will offer one million promotional tickets, selling from zero dong, as a move to welcome the Tet holiday, the airline announced on January 29.
With a leg of the airline's famous promotion themed "It is time to Vietjet", the promotion runs from February 1 to February 3, and applies to all passengers flying with Vietjet on the airline's domestic routes and international routes from February 16 to March 31 (excluding public holidays).
With its non-stop developing fleet of modern aircraft, passengers will experience the full suite of Vietjet's high-quality services as well as opportunities to win economical fares and special surprises from the airline's promotional campaigns.
Especially, when flying with the airline's SkyBoss class, passengers will experience many more benefits such as being served at VIP/CIP/SkyBoss counters, being accepted to check-in just 30 minutes before estimated departure time for domestic flights, be allowed a set of free 10 kilogrammes (kg) carry-on baggage and 30kgs checked-in baggage, besides getting priority at security check points, experiencing the luxury lounge, and enjoying free meals and drinks on board.
Vietjet also provides a fare deduction of 15 per cent on every SkyBoss payment for HSBD visa card holders. The deduction, which is available from now until February 29, applies for SkyBoss tickets on all routes. The travel period is from now until October 31.
Passengers who take between 5 and 9 flights with Vietjet per every 12 months will receive valuable gifts. Those who take more than 10 flights with Vietjet per every 12 months, will get a SkyBoss return ticket. The ticket applies on all routes operated by Vietjet.

Vietjet's 19 millionth passenger arrived on Saturday, January 30, at Tho Xuan Airport from HCM City as part of events to recognize the upgrading and reopening of the airport.
The passenger, Nguyen Chi Duc, was awarded free flights on all Vietjet routes for one year.
"It is my great luck to be the 19 millionth passenger today. Whenever I want to fly somewhere, Vietjet is always my first choice because of the airline's diversified flying schedule, convenient flying timetable and economic fares", Duc said.
In his speech at the event, Vietjet's managing director Luu Duc Khanh stressed the importance of upgrading and reopening Tho Xuan Airport to meet the increasing demands of passengers and contribute to building the nation's infrastructure and future socio-economic development.
"We pledge to open new routes in Viet Nam and other countries to increase cultural and economic exchanges between this country and others throughout the world. I believe the number of 19,000,000 passengers today will continuously increase in the coming years," he said. — VNS
