Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (Shinhan Bank) has opened a new branch in Ha Noi and two new transaction offices in HCM City, bringing the total number to 46 branches and transaction offices nationwide.
The Hoang Mai branch opened in Ha Noi’s Hai Ba Trung District on July 28, and the Tan Phu transaction office in Tan Phu District and the Phan Van Tri transaction office in Go Vap District in HCM City on July 29.
Hai Ba Trung District is one of Ha Noi’s central districts. Meanwhile, the two districts of Tan Phu and Go Vap, with infrastructure improvements and a high rate of urbanisation, have become HCM City’s fastest growing areas.

The opening of the new branch and transaction offices is part of the bank’s business promotion strategy for 2022 that aims to optimise its digital capabilities, and combine with over-the-counter transactions, to provide customers with the best possible experience.
The bank has invested in digital transformation through the use of advanced technologies in products, services, and processes, aiming to become the leading digital bank in Vietnam by 2030.
Since the bank’s first representative office in HCM City in 1993, it has built a broad network expanding into the north, the central and the south of Viet Nam.
