Sacombank is organising its 21st Warm Spring programme from now until February 3 to bring New Year cheer to thousands of disadvantaged people in 52 provinces and cities across the country and also Laos and Cambodia at a cost of VNĐ8.5 billion (US$350,239).

Under the programme, Sacombank executives and staff working in various localities will visit and give gifts to disadvantaged children, people with disabilities, seniors living by themselves, and families in difficult circumstances.

Over 21 years, Sacombank has spent more than VNĐ94 billion ($3.8 million) for the charity programme, demonstrating its long-term commitment to contribute to social security and local economic development.

With the motto "Together We Grow", along with vibrant business activities, Sacombank has also engaged in impactful community activities and always considered these activities as a mission.

In addition to the Warm Spring programme, Sacombank has organised many annual social campaigns such as the “Sharing from the Heart” blood donation, and the “Nurturing Dreams” scholarship programme.

In particular, the running programme "Steps for the Community" co-organised by Sacombank and the Vietnam Youth Federation over the past years has attracted the participation of thousands of Sacombank staff and youth across the country and built many community cultural houses for ethnic minorities. — VNS
