Notch joins Riverorchid group to expand digital offer across Indochina

HCM CITY (Biz Hub) – Notch, one of Viet Nam's leading digital agencies, signed an agreement to merge with Riverorchid, Indochina's specialist communications network on Wednesday.

Tarun Dhawan, managing director of Notch, said the strengths of Notch were a significant presence and client base in Viet Nam, while Riverorchid Digital has existing operations not just in Viet Nam but also across Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Thailand.

The combination aims to build Indochina's premier specialist digital network embedded within Indochina's best specialist communications network.

Shea O'Neill, group head of digital for Riverorchid, said the new entity would be called Riverorchid Notch and will operate across Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Viet Nam.

Clients of both companies include major names such as Arsenal FC, City Mart, L'Oreal, Nokia Cambodia, Samsung Vietnam, Techcombank, Unilever and Vinaphone.

Riverorchid has now expanded its presence to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Viet Nam with business operations ranging from creative, design, PR and activation to human resource consulting and research. — VNS
