Nike Vietnam joined hands to upgrade Giang Dien Kindergarten in Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province and create a day of fun for local children on April 21 as part of its Community Day 2023.

Nearly 300 Nike teammates repainted walls and the entrance to the kindergarten, fixed balustrades, installed retractable roofs for the playground, and provided toys to over 200 kindergarten children, creating a cleaner and safer environment.

They also got kids moving with a fun and positive sports-filled experience and give gifts to around 200 local primary school children.

Since 2011, Nike's Community Day has become an annual opportunity for employees in Viet Nam to give back to the community. Through initiatives like these, Nike aims to make a positive impact and express gratitude to the communities where its teammates live and work, reinforcing its commitment to create a healthy planet, active communities and an equal playing field for all.
