MoMo, Samsung Pay and BankPlus in that order have been voted the most popular electronic wallets in Viet Nam in a poll done by Nhip Cau Dau Tu (Investment Bridge) magazine.
The magazine sent questions to its readers over the last three months and received 819 replies.
The voting was based on five factors: identification and dissemination, most favoured and trusted electronic wallet by users, ability to connect and expand with the banking system and providers, convenience in transaction and use of apps, and safety.
MoMo is owned by Di Dong Truc Tuyen Services Joint Stock Company and BankPlus is owned by military company Viettel. — VNS
