Manulife Vietnam has won the annual “Best Life Insurance Service” award given by Viet Nam Economic Times for a ninth time.

The company wins the award for its contributions to the growth of the country’s economy, outstanding service, placing customers at the centre of all its activities and responsibility towards the community, the newspaper said.

Manulife has the largest authorised capital in the Vietnamese insurance market at VND5.7 trillion.

Paul George Nguyen, CEO of Manulife Vietnam, said his company has kept investing in quality and services to benefit customers.

It is expanding by opening more offices, co-operating with prestigious partners and designing many new products.

Manulife Vietnam is one of the industry leaders in applying digital technologies to improve service quality.

In 2017 the company organised a series of programmes to improve customer service, including installation of the NPSystem to measure customer satisfaction in its hotline and claim settlement system.

The system collects data from customers’ responses and analyses and recommends solutions to enable the company to optimise customers' experience. — VNS
