HA NOI — The HCM City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) reported growing pre-tax profit in the third quarter, a year-on-year increase of 51 per cent.
The bank’s profit in the first nine months of this year reached VND3.45 trillion (US$148.3 million), the highest ever.
With this result, the bank's return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) ratios will reach 1.7 per cent and 20.2 per cent, respectively.
Notably, HDBank's net profit margin reached 4.6 per cent, among the top three listed banks with the highest net profit margin.
