Vietjet is giving away millions of super-saving tickets priced from zero dong between Tuesday and Thursday to celebrate its two newest international routes from Da Nang to Singapore and Hong Kong.
These discounted tickets are available from noon to 2pm and are applied to all domestic and international routes to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and Indonesia, as well as to Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar and Cambodia.
The flight period is from November 7, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
Notably, flights connecting Viet Nam and Japan will be subject to the promotion at all times during the three days.
Vietjet vice president Nguyen Thanh Son said the new routes will help connect Viet Nam and two Asian major economic and tourism centres.
The airline has made efforts in promoting Da Nang City – recognised as the most liveable city in Viet Nam – to international friends as well as to create favourable conditions for people to explore new lands, Son said.
He added Vietjet is offering more than 2,000 seats to fly from Da Nang to Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul, Daegu, Taipei, Tokyo every day.
The Da Nang-Hong Kong route will operate daily starting from December 12, while daily flights on the Da Nang-Singapore route will be available starting from December 20.
Last week, the budget carrier ordered 20 brand-new A321XLR aircraft, worth US$2.8 billion at list prices, from Airbus.
The deal will make Vietjet one of the first carriers in the world to operate Airbus’ newest "extra-long-range" version when the first of the aircraft are delivered in 2023. — VNS
