Generali Vietnam has been listed among “Top 10 Representative Companies with a Happy Workforce” in Viet Nam by Anphabe.

The selection was based on results of the “Happiness at Work” survey, independently conducted by Anphabe – a branding and working environment consulting firm.

The survey assessed the employees’ satisfaction with their companies based on six criteria, including company reputation, corporate culture and environment, leadership and management, total rewards, growth opportunity, work-life quality.

Anphabe conducts the annual “Vietnam’s Best Places to Work” survey speaking to more than 70,000 employees at over 700 companies from 20 different industries across Viet Nam.

“I am very proud that the survey result has concluded that Generali Vietnam’s employees are happy working for the company as the word “happy” itself implies profound values," said Generali Vietnam CEO Tina Nguyen.

"Such result not only reflects a good working environment, competitive compensation and benefits, plus the ample growth opportunities that Generali has to offer, but also our staff’s pride and engagement, as well as their ability to create positive impacts for our customers and the community. I believe that only with happy employees can a company make its customers truly happy.”
