Threadsol, a technology solution provider for the garment industry, has opened an office in HCM City, its first in the country.

The company has provided its solutions to the three manufacturing plants of Fashion Garments Company.

Its clients also includes Ocean Sky Apparel based in Tay Ninh province which makes products for GAP and Old Navy.

Saurav Ujjain, the company’s principal consultant, said his company has come to Viet Nam since it is one among biggest garment manufacturing countries in the world.

Professional, skilled workers and product quality are advantages the Vietnamese garment industry has, and with advanced technologies the country would become the biggest producer in the world, he said.

Threadsol is based in Singapore and has offices in India, Sri Lanka, Turkey, and Bangladesh.

It has supplied solutions to 85 factories around the world. — VNS
