Ericsson Vietnam recognised as one of Viet Nam’s Top 10 Best Workplaces™ in 2023

Ericsson has been recognised as one of the Top 10 Best Workplaces™ in Việt Nam in the year 2023 by Great Place to Work Institute® for the second consecutive year.

The Great Place to Work® Institute, the world’s largest and most respected study of workplace excellence, has recognised Ericsson’s commitment to fostering a culture of trust within the organisation that attracts and nurtures the best talent and encourages them to excel in performance.

The ranking reflects how employees feel about working at Ericsson. The Workplace Award also takes into consideration an extensive culture audit, providing evaluators with insight into the company’s value system, programmes and practices in the areas of employee learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, leadership, communication and culture.
