Emirates Airline today announced it will start operating daily direct flights from Ha Noi to Dubai from July 2.
The flights will conveniently connect the capital city to 39 cities in Europe, 16 in the Middle East and many other destinations in Africa and the Americas.
Emirates passengers travelling from Ha Noi will no longer have to stop in Yangon on way to Dubai.
The new direct route will be operated on a two-class configured Boeing 777-300ER, which offers 42 seats in Business Class and 386 seats in Economy Class. In terms of cargo, up to 20 tonnes of capacity will be offered in the belly hold.
Flight EK395 will depart from Ha Noi’s Noi Bai International Airport at 1.30am, arriving at the Dubai International Airport at 5.05am. Flight EK394 will depart from Dubai at 3.30am and arrives in Ha Noi at 1.05pm.
This new direct service will enhance connectivity for Ha Noi and its neighbouring areas, providing faster connections and additional opportunities for inbound tourism and regional products.
All services between Dubai and Ha Noi will offer two classes of travel – Business and Economy -- with generous free baggage allowance (up to 35kg in Economy Class and 40kg in Business Class).
The introduction of the direct route between Ha Noi and Dubai will coincide with the launch of daily services from Dubai to Phnom Penh. The new Dubai-Yangon-Phnom Penh route will also enable passengers from Yangon to travel to Phnom Penh and vice versa. Emirates is the only airline with a direct service between these two cities. — VNS
