Won Sug Yeon and Kim Hoon have been appointed Doosan Heavy Industries Viet Nam’s (Doosan Vina) fourth Chief Financial Officer and Chief Ha Noi Representative, respectively.

Doosan Vina announced May 5th that Won, who joined the company in South Korea in 1993 after graduating from Sungkyunkwan University with a bachelor’s degree in Statistical Analysis, will be responsible for the fiduciary management of the company and oversee all financial matters of the company including the P&L, receivables, payables, taxes and any other financial concerns.

Meanwhile, Kim, who studied at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, South Korea and joined Doosan Vina in 2008, is responsible for the strategic marketing of the company in Ha Noi under Doosan Heavy Industries Global Marketing, East Asia Region 1 which encompasses Viet Nam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.

In 2015, the company also appointed Jung Yeon In as the new chief executive officer and general director.

Doosan Vina is a hi-tech industrial complex in the Dung Quat Economic Zone of Quang Ngai Province that employs nearly 2,500 Vietnamese workers. The company supplies mega infrastructure products.

In 2014, Doosan Vina exported goods worth US$200 million. In 2015, its total exports are expected to be worth $300 million. — VNS
