HA NOI (Biz Hub) — A new direct service connecting Guangzhou, China, and Khanh Hoa, to be launched on June 20, promises a surge in the flow of Chinese tourists to the central coastal province.

There will be three return flights per week, operated by China Southern Airlines, which will use Boeing 737-700 aircraft.

Khanh Hoa authorities are taking measures to tap into the great potential of the Chinese market.

Between late May and early June, more than 80 travel agents from Chengdu, China, visited Khanh Hoa's Nha Trang City to study local tourism services, with particular interest in Hon Tam Island, located in the heart of Nha Trang Bay. — VNS
