HCM City — Low-cost carrier Jetstar Pacific in co-operation with community online service company (VietUnion) has offered a new cash payment system, Payoo, at 3,000 sites nationwide.

The system aims to create more facilities for getting cheap price tickets through a 24-hour direct payment at supermarkets and shops.

The airline said customers could pay in cash at available Point of Sale (POS) in popular supermarkets such as Vinpro, FPT Shop, Citimart, and CoCo mart, in addition Nguyen Kim, and others.

The new payment system and online payment would help air travellers with more opportunities to purchase cheap tickets.

Jetstar Pacific also offered a promotion programme with 83,000 one-way tickets at a cost of VND83,000 for 27 international and domestic routes. Booking opens for one day on March 8.

Jetstar Asia, a member company of the Jetstar Group - comprising Jetstar Airways in Australia and New Zealand, Jetstar Pacific in Viet Nam and Jetstar Japan – operates 600 weekly return flights to 26 destinations in 13 countries across the world.— VNS
