HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — The confectionery producer Kinh Do Binh Duong Joint-Stock Company has changed its name to Mondelez Kinh Do Viet Nam Joint-Stock Company (Mondelez Kinh Do).
The company's address, contacts, banking account and tax code stay the same. Co-operation with partners will be continued and developed, the company said.
The name change is important as Mondelez International bought 80 per cent of the snack business from the Kinh Do confectionery producer in mid-2015.
Kinh Do Binh Duong became a member of Mondelez International at the end of June last year.
The company owns many products with famous brand names such as Cosy, Solite, AFC, Oreo, Ritz and Cadbury. — VNS
