Bamboo Capital Group signs up Radisson to manage its resort in Hoi An

Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Bamboo Capital Group, on August 19 signed an agreement with US hotel operator Radisson Hotel Group to manage its Malibu Hoi An project in Quang Nam under the commercial name Radisson Blu Hoi An.

Radisson Blu Hoi An on Ha My beach, around 8km from Hoi An and 30 minutes from Da Nang International Airport, spreads over 11ha and has 96 villas and 668 condotels along with a number of luxurious amenities and entertainment services.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ramzy Fenianos, chief development officer in Asia Pacific of Radisson Hotel Group, said Radisson Blu Hoi An would be a large-scale development, but environmentally sensitive and low-rise, woven into the landscape and complementing the areas natural beauty.

“It is our exceptional new property on Viet Nams central coast, which will become the largest hotel in our Asia Pacific portfolio.

“Hoi An encapsulates the best of this enchanting nation: its USNESCO World Heritage-listed town centre, soft sandy beaches and amazing leisure attractions,including championship golf courses, make this the perfect setting for all types of vacations, including leisure breaks and destination events.”

Nguyen Ho Nam, Bamboo Capital Groups chairman, said, “We are honoured to co-operate with Radisson Hotel Group in developing this key project.

“The signing ceremony for Radisson Blu Hoi An marks a significant milestone for the next real estate development process of Bamboo Capital Group.”

Radisson Blu Hoi An is scheduled to open in the third quarter of next year. — VNS
