LiV Resorts ties-up with Interval International for global vacation ownership

Vacation ownership provider LiV Resorts said it has become the first member in Viet Nam of Interval International, the global vacation exchange network.

Customers of LiV Resorts can now exchange vacations within an international system of over 3,200 hotels and resorts around the world and enjoy the privileges available to Interval International members.

The hotels in the system include Anantara, Accor, Marriott, Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Starwood.

Nguyen Ky Tam Anh, CEO of LiV Resorts said: “Vacation ownership has been a travel trend around the world since the 1960s. However, travellers in Viet Nam have only known about this concept in recent years.”

According to a Reuters’ report, the global vacation ownership market is valued at US$13.5 billion in 2019 and expected to grow to $21.4 billion by 2024.

LiV Resorts is offering vacation ownership packages for fixed week units for a period of 35 years at rates ranging from $11,800 to $18,000 for a week a year.

It now owns 44 apartments of five-star quality with one to three bedrooms located in The Pearl Hoian compound.

The compound is at An Bang, one of the 25 most beautiful beaches in the world according to Trip Advisor Asia.

Founded in 1976, Interval International is now the leading prestigious vacation exchange organisation in the world with hotels and resorts in over 80 countries. — VNS
