Austdoor and NOVAON co-operate to promote digital transformation

Austdoor Group and NOVAON Group on Tuesday signed an agreement to launch a digital transformation project for the customer resource management system (CRM) of Austdoor Group.

The project, part of phase two of the group’s overall digital transformation strategy, is expected to improve customers’ experience and agent system as well as strengthening its competitiveness.

The project will be implemented in five months. Austdoor Group plans to carry out the digital transformation using big data and create a new business model. The project aims to both improve the group's capacity and contribute to promoting the digital transformation of the building materials industry in general.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Duong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of Austdoor Group, said: “In the next five to 10 years, Austdoor Group identifies digital transformation as a key strategy to help improve administration, competitiveness as well as a driving force for our development. After deploying ERP solutions, building CRM is the next step to help Austdoor perfect and increase operational efficiency.”

Nguyen Minh Quy, chairman of NOVANON Group, said: “In the digital age, customers must be given priority first. As a consultant and project implementation unit, we firmly believe that these solutions for the digital transformation of customer resources will be the key to help Austdoor improve its competitiveness and have breakthrough growth in the next 5-10 years”.
