Vietjet has opened sales on the direct route connecting Can Tho City and Van Don in Quang Ninh Province, contributing to promoting trade, economy and tourism between two provinces and two key economic regions.

The new route will officially serve people and tourists from April 25, 2023 with three return flights every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, Vietjet said in a statement.

Can Tho is the centre of the Mekong Delta, the gateway to the rich Southwest region with many typical cultural and economic features, while Quang Ninh is also the leading development province in the Northeast economic region and has the world natural heritage of Ha Long Bay, according to the airline.
