HÀ NỘI — V-GREEN Global Charging Station Development JSC and Fast+ Charging Station JSC have signed a franchise agreement to install 5,000 charging stations across Việt Nam, specifically for VinFast electric vehicles.

This initiative aims to enhance the infrastructure for electric vehicle (EV) users by the end of 2025. The deployment will include both AC and DC charging stations, with capacities ranging from 7.4 KW to 120 KW.

Charging stations will be located in shopping malls, residential areas, public parking lots and along highways, ensuring convenience for VinFast EV users.

Fast+ plans to put into operation at least five large-scale charging stations by the end of December.

In November 2024, VinFast delivered over 16,000 vehicles, contributing to a total of more than 67,000 vehicles sold this year. Currently, the number of VinFast electric cars on Việt Nam's roads has reached hundreds of thousands.

The increasing adoption of VinFast electric cars has attracted attention from various businesses and property owners, highlighting the revenue potential of the V-GREEN franchise charging station model. — VNS
