HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Toronto-based chef Susur Lee, who has been named as one of the "ten chefs of the millennium," will showcase his skills at Vinhomes Riverside.
Lee will cook a luxurious dinner for guests at TungLok Heen restaurant in Vinhomes Riverside ecological urban area in Long Bien District from July 1 to 4.
In addition to being named among "Ten Millennium Chefs" by Food & Wine magazine, Lee has also been awarded the "5-Star Diamond" that the USA Academy of Sciences and Tourism presents to the world's best chef. Lee is considered to be one of the most creative chefs, especially in contemporary Chinese cuisine.
At the luxurious dinner, TungLok Heen restaurant will also offer guests the dishes made by the five best chefs of their global restaurant chain. The special dinner menu will include Chinese edible bird's nest cooked with king crab and pork, abalone baked with salt and Japanese seaweed and grilled Australian beef Wagyu with mushroom truffle and a secret dessert.
The dinner will cost between VND15 million and VND30 million ($690-1,380) per person per meal, excluding beverages.
