Royal City to have a new connecting road

HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Ha Noi People's Committee has approved the plan to build a road connecting the urban complex of Royal City and Nguyen Ngoc Vu Street in Cau Giay District.

Accordingly, residents in Vinhomes Royal City and visitors coming to the complex will benefit from another road between the urban complex in 72 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District and Nguyen Ngoc Vu Street in Cau Giay District.

At present, people can reach Royal City complex only from Nguyen Trai Street.

According to the local media, the Ha Noi People's Committee will be responsible for the site clearance. The new road is expected to be put into operation by Q2 of 2015.

Belonging to Vingroup, the Vinhomes Royal City complex, which spans over 12 hectares, is made up of about 4,000 apartments designed according to European architecture style with modern facilities and services. It also provides locals with luxury shopping and entertaining centres, fully-equipped schools and clinics.

Vingroup started the construction of the complex in 2010 and delivered the first batch of apartments in late 2013. —VNS
