Co.opmart and Co.opFood launch 2 new services to offer customers greater convenience


Co.opmart and Co.opFood are set to offer two new services from April 15 that will enable shoppers to pay all kinds of bills and go to Co.opFood stores and order products online from Co.opmart and Co.opXtra.

HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Co.opmart and Co.opFood are set to offer two new services from April 15 that will enable shoppers to pay all kinds of bills and go to Co.opFood stores and order products online from Co.opmart and Co.opXtra.

Only bestselling products at Co.opmart and Co.opXtra supermarkets can be bought using the Co.opLink service.

In the initial phase, Co.opLink will be available only at the six Co.opFood outlets at 95 Pasteur, Phan Van Tri Apartment in District 5, 2C Cho Lon Street in District 6, 169 Lam Van Ben in District 7, 347 Do Xuan Hop in District 9, and 36 Cuu Long in District 10.

Customers buying for VND200,000 or more will get free home delivery within 24 hours if they within a five-kilometre radius. Only cash payments will be accepted initially.

Co-op + service will allow customers shopping at Co.opmart in HCM City to pay electricity, telephone, internet, and MyTV bills of top service providers HCM City Power Corporation, VNPT, Viettel, Vina Phone, and Mobi Phone.

It will save customers the time and effort required to go to the service providers' offices to pay.

Soon the two new services will be expanded both in scale and payment methods to make them more convenient for customers. — VNS
