HCM CITY (Biz Hub)— The Viet Nam Mobile Telecom Service Company (VMS) - owner of MobiFone - has become the first telecom service provider in the country to offer mobile solutions based on IBM's cloud computing capabilities.
The solutions will be offered under a strategic co-operation pact they have signed, the two companies said in HCM City last Thursday. — VNS
