Twelve Vietnamese property developers, projects and real-estate companies on Thursday received the third annual Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards at a function in HCM City.

Organiser said of the 25 awards given to companies in Southeast Asia, Viet Nam accounted for the largest number.

The awards were given by Dot Property Group and Dot Property Magazine.

“We at Dot Property are unique in that we have local offices and teams throughout Southeast Asia backed by regional and international support,” Matthew Campbell, its CEO, said.

“This provides a holistic view of the real estate market and allows us to celebrate only the best.

“We take a different approach to selecting winners. Developers, projects and agencies are not pitted against one another, but measured against set criteria. This allows us to avoid interpretations and instead focuses on what is being accomplished. Winners are ultimately selected on their ability to meet and exceed each criteria.”

IRB Investment JSC from Viet Nam won awards for Best Innovative Developer, Best Luxury Resort Development and Best Resort Architectural Design for its Phoenix Legend Ha Long Bay Hotel and Residence.

The other winners from Viet Nam were City Land, Dat Xanh Mien Trung and BIM Land for Best Luxury Developer, BelHomes by VSIP Bac Ninh for Best Sustainable Residential Development, Khai Son Hill Long Bien for Best Innovative Architectural Design, Ascent Lakeside for Best Boutique Development, and Flamingo Cat Ba Beach Resort by Flamingo Group for Best Resort Landscape Architectural Design.
