HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Trung An Water Supply Company Ltd. earned VND20.6 billion (US$970,000) from its initial public offering at the HCM City Stock Exchange yesterday.
All shares were sold at a price of VND15,600 ($0.75) each, or 56 per cent higher than the initial price, to 22 organisations and individuals.
More than 1.3 million shares were put on auction at the company's IPO while the total number of shares that investors registered to buy were three times higher. — VNS
