HA NOI (VNS) — A survey by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore revealed on Tuesday that 27 per cent of Singaporean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) had business involvement in Viet Nam.
In Southeast Asian markets, Malaysia topped the list with involvement by 64 per cent of Singaporean SMEs, followed by Indonesia with 44 per cent, Thailand with 35 per cent, Viet Nam with 27 per cent and the Philippines with 23 per cent. Among the 2,836 SMEs surveyed, 51 per cent said they earned revenue from foreign markets, up from 46 per cent last year. — VNS
