NINH THUAN (Biz Hub)— South Korea's CJ Group will co-operate with central coastal province of Ninh Thuan to develop 500-600ha of chilli plants under an agreement signed in Phan Rang-Thap Cham City on Wednesday.
The plan will see CJ Group provide chilli seeds and technology for local farmers, and buy all of the produce. CJ Group expects to harvest around 3,000 tonnes of dried chillies each year, to be shipped to CJ processing factories in China, South Korea and other foreign locations.—VNS
