HCM CITY(Biz Hub) — The municipal People's Committee has granted a licence to the Ascendas Sai Gon Bund Company for the construction of the Onehub Sai Gon complex in the city's high-tech zone.
The US$130-million project will provide a living and work environment for businesses and labourers in the zone.
The investor company is a joint venture between Singapore's Ascendas Land Viet Nam Company and Britain's Sai Gon Bund Capital Partners Company. — VNS
