HAI DUONG (Biz Hub)— The northern province of Hai Duong lured US$98.6 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first six months of this year, according to the provincial Department of Planning and Investment.
In the reviewed period, 10 FDI projects worth over $47.4 million were granted new licences, and eight existing projects allowed to add capital of $51.2 million.
The province targets $150 million in FDI this year.
Over the past six months, Hai Duong has revoked one investment licence and canceled one project. — VNS
