THANH HOA (Biz Hub) – The FLC Group's managerial board have agreed to established a company with a charter capital of VND100 billion (US$4.7 million), reported business news site gafin.vn.
Doan Van Phuong, a representative of the FLC Group, is the sole investor of the company, which is scheduled to be named FLC SamSon Golf & Resort.
The fifth company to be established by the FLC Group, FLC SamSon Golf & Resort in Thanh Hoa will be involved in sports business, entertainment and machines, as well as equipment and property.
The other four companies under FLC are MTV FLC Land, Company for Investment and Management of Ion Complex and FLC Real Estate Investment and Development Company, as well as Vinh Phuc FLC Investment and Development Company. – VNS
