DA NANG (Biz Hub) — The central city plans to build a major downtown shopping centre next month, vice chairman of the city people's committee Phung Tan Viet said.
Six main streets will house stores selling fashion and electronics as well as souvenirs and cuisine from Da Nang and nearby destinations Hue, Hoi An and My Son.
The VND20 billion (US$950,000) shopping centre will cover a wide area, including the bank of the Han River.
The city will construct five shopping buildings and performance spaces next year, including Golden Mart, Meriden Far East and Nguyen Kim Trading and Apartment complex.— VNS
