HA NOI (Biz Hub) ― Ha Noi-based Binh Phat Trading Joint Stock Co has reportedly been chosen by the municipal People's Committee to develop an eco-agriculture complex in the Mai Lam Commune, Dong Anh District.

The complex is to be built with the latest technology.

According to Dien dan Doanh nghiep (The Business Forum), the VND187 billion (US$8.9 million) complex will be named Hoa Lam Vien and will cover an area of about 55 hectares by the Duong River. The term for land use is 50 years.

The committee has asked the investor to design a detailed construction plan for the project in line with the master development plan of the capital city. The company will enjoy certain incentives for such types of investments, it said.
