HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Hang Seng Index added 91.68 points to reach 24,732.21 in Hong Kong on July 30.
It was the seventh straight day of gains made by the index.
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 also rose 28.16 points to end at 15,646.23, and the Topix Index closed up 1.83 points to end the day at 1,292.24.
On the other hand, the Shanghai Composite Index slipped 1.95 points to finish at 2,181.24. The Straits Times Index also lost 4.77 points to end the day at 3,351.3 in Singapore.
The VN index edged down 2.91 points to close at 589.33, while the HNX returned to its yesterday's score and closed at 78.28 in the capital city. — VNS
