To mark its ninth anniversary, Vietnamese e-commerce company Tiki has announced a waiver of fees for sellers using it as a marketplace for two years with effect from April 5.
The average fee in the market is 1-2 per cent per transaction.
The fee waiver has received positive feedback from existing sellers on Tiki and quickly attracted great attention among sellers across the country.
It will help sellers save a considerable amount of money in two years, of up to VND100 million (US$4,310).
"To show our appreciation to thousands of sellers on Tiki’s ninth anniversary, we announce the ... policy for all those who have been co-operating with us and intend to in future,” Kartick Narayan, chief business officer of Tiki, said.
Vu Thi Nhat Linh, marketplace director of Tiki, said the company plans to offer sellers many more incentives this year. — VNS
