An annual summer festival for kids will be organised in Phú Mỹ Hưng New Urban Area in District 7 of HCM City, attracting many children from the area and the whole city.

With the theme of “Play to Learn”, the summer festival this year, which is jointly organised by Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation and Konnit Group Joint Stock Company, will take place at Crescent area from 8am to 6pm on May 26.

The festival is an annual event organised by the corporation to provide a fun and educational playground for children to play, exercise, and experience while bonding with family members. This event is part of a series of community activities organised by Phú Mỹ Hưng, aiming to gradually enhance the quality of life for residents in the urban area, particularly in HCM City.

This year, in response to International Children's Day on June 1 and International Play Day on June 11, the festival will offer children a space to experience a variety of games ranging from physical activities and outdoor adventures to creative, artistic, and scientific activities to help children enhance their skills through enjoyable and educational play.

The event space will be designed in different zones, resembling a "treasure hunt map", providing a sense of adventure and exploration for children to enjoy and experience various games to their heart's content.

Kids will be awarded with thousands of exciting gifts from sponsors. The more games they participate in, the more chances they have to receive attractive prizes such as backpacks, learning tools, snacks, toys, stuffed animals, and more.

In addition to the fun activities for children and families, the festival also includes an exhibition showcasing "Designing Playgrounds for Sustainable Development for Children" with unique and creative ideas from participating teams.

The festival is open to the public, and all games are completely free of charge. — VNS
