SonKim Land Corporation, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and Infinite Computer Solutions, Inc signed a collaboration agreement to bring comprehensive Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to The 9 Stellars Project, creating a luxury smart city with “SonKim Land signature” in the new Thu Duc City.

In the collaboration, Infinite, a global technology solutions provider, will provide Zyter SmartSpaces™ IoT platform at Sonkim’s The 9 Stellars development. This IoT platform is designed to deliver actionable insights and connected, digital experiences from IoT devices and sensors deployed in buildings, across campuses, or spanning an entire city.

Known as a high-end property developer in Viet Nam, SonKim Land was planning to provide a luxurious experience and premium residential quality with modern applications and equipment that will leverage various state-of-the-art IoT technologies.

With a prime location right in the heart of Thu Duc City, The 9 Stellars is just 200m from Metro station and adjacent to the new Mien Dong Bus Station, easily connecting to highways and Long Thanh international airport.
