HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Housing developer Phu My Hung Development Corporation announced that it will start to sell its new Riverpark Premier project starting July 31.
Riverpark Premier is a high-end project that the company is developing in the HillView District of the Phu My Hung New City Centre.
With three buildings (one oval-shaped) ranging from 13 to 22 floors, the project will have 268 condos, four penthouses, three duplex flats and 13 shop houses.
Units in Riverpark Premier will range from 112sq.m to 231sq.m. When finished in the last quarter of 2018, the project will offer full facilities, including an infinity swimming pool, clubhouse, children's playing yard, yoga centre and gymnasium and walking area.
Construction of the product will be done by POSCO E&C Viet Nam, one of South Korea's leading construction companies.
Germany's Korn Architects will be responsible for designing the project.— VNS
