Prudential launches 1st pop-up store in life insurance industry

Prudential Vietnam launched on September 23 a pop-up store at the Saigon Center shopping mall in HCM City, the first of its kind in the life insurance industry.

Designed like a modern metro train coach, the store hopes to provide a unique experience for customers, especially millennials.

Customers can interact with a co-ordinator via a large billboard or take short tests on health, children, wealth and others. If customers wish to get more information, Prudential advisors will offer detailed consultancy based on the test results.

Customers who have policies with the company can check their contract status or learn about new products.

Following the success of the launch, Prudential said it would set up more such stores at seven shopping malls in HCM City and Ha Noi this year, and expected to attract more than 52,000 visitors. — VNS
