Co.opmart and Co.opXtra supermarket chains are offering sharp discounts on more than 3,000 Co.opmart branded products from now until October 10.
The products, mainly essential items like cooking oil, fish sauce, seasoning, fragrant rice, detergent, and adult and children fashion products, are made by prestigious manufacturers for the supermarket.
Certain clothing products are sold at a 50 per cent discount when customers buy a second item.
Besides, people shopping at Co.opmart and Co.opXtra have the chance to win three Honda CRV cars and nine Honda SH 125i scooters through a lucky draw.
Do Quoc Huy, Saigon Co.op’s marketing director, said Co.opmart has kept prices unchanged despite the recent petrol price hike.
The price of RON 92 petroleum was increased by VND319 to VND18,111 per litre last Wednesday, the fifth price hike in two months.
The supermarket’s policy is to co-operate with suppliers to keep prices unchanged or even cut them to benefit customers, he said.
The supermarket is ensuring there is a steady supply of price-stabilised goods, like sugar, meat, eggs, and rice. — VNS
