BINH DUONG (Biz Hub) — More than 200 students at Dat Cuoc Primary School in the southern province of Binh Duong on Wednesday participated in a programme called "Eco-Talking" and other fun education activities, jointly organised by Bayer Vietnam and the Live and Learn volunteer network, in celebration of Christmas and the New Year.

Many Bayer Vietnam employees took part in the event, where they played roles in a comedy on stage during the Eco-Talking activity, and joined hands to support all other related works of the programme.

"As a company, besides business activities, Bayer is also a corporate citizen with social commitments to support the local community. Bayer has a tradition of social responsibility as seen through our social security activities that provide a better life to people. In the exciting atmosphere of Christmas and the New Year, we want to bring meaningful activities to the locality and also to young children," Mr. Torsten Velden, managing director of Bayer Vietnam, said.

The Eco-Talking event brought excitement to the students of Dat Cuoc Primary School, with the comedy performed by Bayer Vietnam's staff and a surprising appearance of Santa Claus as an ambassador who helped to motivate the young students with Christmas gifts.
