AIA, one of the world’s largest life insurers has co-operated with the Dong A Bank, Viet Nam’s leading local retail bank to offer premier financial services to more Vietnamese customers.

AIA will complement Dong A Bank’s effort to enhance customer experience using solutions delivered digitally, professionally and quickly.

All of AIA insurance specialists at Dong A Bank’s top performing branches will be fully equipped with AIA’s proprietary interactive Point of Sales tool (iPoS) to provide customers with on-the-spot, real-time financial consultancy, sample quotations and financial illustrations.

AIA’s customer portals “My AIA” allows customers to review their electronic insurance policy, at any time after the purchase. Customers can also track progress of their claims status using the MyGPS function in real time.
