Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN), a logistics service provider for e-commerce business in Viet Nam, official launched a new automatic goods sorting system with capacity of 30,000 parcels per hour at its warehouse in Long Bien District, Ha Noi on Wednesday.

The advanced system will help GHN increase productivity, reduce errors, ensure faster and stable delivery of goods during the peak shopping season of the year, helping business partners.

“The expectation of e-sellers and buyers in e-commerce is getting higher in two factors: fast delivery speed and reliable service,” said Co-founder and CEO of GHN Luong Duy Hoai.

“This system helps to classify goods and not bottleneck in the entire operation. This is one of many large investments in technology and operation infrastructure to help GHN to always deliver quickly and stably to meet the needs of the market. We are always working hard to ensure faster, faster and faster delivery,"

“Technology is an important link to help GHN make a breakthrough in the forwarding industry which is considered quite traditional. Manually sorting a large number of goods takes up to three hours to classify goods but now it only takes 30 minutes for the same order quantity, thereby helping goods to warehouses delivery and delivery to customers during the day, “ said Hoai.

Hoai added that GHN will put the second system into operation in HCM City in November.

GHN currently has more than 2,000 shipping points nation-wide with its covering all of 63 provinces and cities, 700/700 remote island districts. GHN daily serves more than 300,000 orders nation-wide.
