Jabil won two awards at the recent HR Asia 2023 Awards in Việt Nam, including the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 and the Most Caring Company.

The Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 award recognises the company’s efforts in improving employee satisfaction and engagement levels at the workplace, while the second recognises the site’s consistent display of empathy and care for employees.

“Achieving these accolades has been a strategic and deliberate process. We started with our core belief, which is making Jabil a place where employees can be their true and best selves, so they can thrive. This means a workplace where everyone feels psychologically and physically safe,” said Khánh Nguyễn, HR manager for Jabil in Việt Nam.

Established in 2007 at Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Jabil in Việt Nam employs more than 9,000 employees today.

Jabil in Việt Nam has received the Favorite Employer in Manufacturing Award four times in a row by CareerBuilder. Additionally, for its stellar community service in 2022, the company was awarded Flower of Good Deeds from the Thủ Đức District Red Cross Society and Community Engagement and Social Responsibility Initiative from the American Chamber of Commerce in Việt Nam (AmCham).

Voting in the HR Asia awards follows the “for employees, by employees” style, which means votes came from company employees themselves, making the awards all the more meaningful. — VNS
