Steel maker Hoa Sen Group (HSG) has joined hands with people in central provinces that were strongly affected by flooding.
Late last week, representatives of the group came to Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh and Ninh Thuan to present over 4,200 gifts worth VND2.75 billion (US$125,000) to families. Each gift included 10 kg of rice and VND500,000.
During many years of operating, HSG always helps disadvantaged people who face many difficulties in life.
As people in the central region were strongly affected by natural disasters, the company wants to help them overcome difficulties and resume their lives.
