FPT Corporation and T&T Group have signed a strategic cooperation agreement focusing on developing education, digital transformation, information technology and a smart city.

Under the agreement, the two sides will cooperate to invest, build and operate FPT's educational institutions within the scope of projects developed by T&T Group.

In the field of digital transformation and information technology, both companies will develop a smart city management center (ICCC), a data center in urban areas combining with cloud computing, while building an IoT platform to connect all devices and smart sensors in urban areas and develop a rapid mobile application for residents known as Mega App.

FPT will also provide security camera solutions by applying the most advanced technologies (artificial intelligence, cloud computing) to support centralised and effective surveillance for a large urban area and smart home solutions. Also at the event, the two sides signed a co-operative agreement to develop the T&T Millenia project in the field of education, telecom infrastructure, and smart city in Cần Giuộc of Long An Province. — VNS
